FFSI Commission Calculation

As a FFSI membership consultant, you are eligible to earn these 3 types of PayPlan as follow:-

1. One-Time Commission
2. Recurring Monthly Commission
3. Monthy Bonus Pool

Let me explain to you in more detail each of this great Pay Plan:-

1. One-Time Commission - 90%

- A one-time commission is paid on every sale of "The Art of Achieving Financial Freedom" eCourse.
- 100% of the commission goes to the person who sells the eCourse.
- The qualifying period is from the 1st of the month through the end of the month.

- Two ways to sell the eCourse:
1. Sell the eCourse by itself
2. Sell a Financial Freedom Society™ membership (eCourse is included)

- SPECIAL NOTE: We do NOT charge for the eCourse when you sell five or more Society memberships to a business for their employees. Consequently there are no One-time eCourse commissions.

eCourse Price: $50.00

One-time commission: $45.00 ($50.00 x 90% = $45.00)

Many of us know this as "One Time Bonus Recruiting" In other words, if you recruit someone personally you will get a $45.0 Bonus! PLUS you will receive a residual income from them month after month

2. Recurring Monthly Commission - 86%

Recurring Monthly commission is a Monthly payment on ‘Rep purchases’. Rep Purchases is simply membership fees!

Assuming you are a Non-US member: You pay $54.95 per month (= $10 is for Rep Tools which goes to the company, AND $44.95 is ‘Rep Purchase’ of which $1.95 is kept for bonus payments. Commissionable Volume: $43)

Below is how FFSI pays residual income from ‘Rep Purchase’

Level 1 : 6 % x $ 43 = $ 2.58
Level 2 : 10% x $ 43 = $ 4.30
Level 3 : 24% x $ 43 = $ 10.32
Level 4 : 46% x $ 43 = $ 19.78

Here I will elaborate more how this figure US$5,803 came into picture:-

In this example "say" your downline is "NON-US" Deluxe Membership.

A. 2x4 Matrix :

Level 1 : 2 x 2.58 = US$ 5.16
Level 2 : 4 x 4.30 = US$ 17.20
Level 3 : 8 x 10.32 = US$ 82.56
Level 4 : 16 x 19.78 = US$ 316.48

Total Earning from 2x4 matrixs is US$ 421.40

B. 3x4 Matrix :

Level 1 : 3 x 2.58 = US$ 7.74
Level 2 : 9 x 4.30 = US$ 38.70
Level 3 : 27 x 10.32 = US$ 278.64
Level 4 : 81 x 19.78 = US$ 1,602.18

Total Earning from 3x4 matrix is US$ 1,927.26

C. 4x4 Matrik :

Level 1 : 4 x 2.58 = US$ 10.32
Level 2 : 16 x 4.30 = US$ 68.80
Level 3 : 64 x 10.32 = US$ 660.48
Level 4 : 256 x 19.78 = US$ 5063.68

Total Earning from 4x4 matrix is US$ 5,803.28

In FFSI program, the earning can be unlimited. For example:

=> 2 wide x 4 Level deep ( 2x4 ) = $421 Per Month

=> 3 wide x 4 Level deep ( 3x4 ) = $1,927 Per Month

=> 4 wide x 4 Level Deep ( 4x4 ) = $ 5,803 Per Month

=> 5 wide x 4 Level Deep ( 5x4 ) = $13,773 Per Month

=> 6 wide x 4 Level Deep ( 6x4 ) = $28,034 Per Month

Etc...!

As you can see, there's a great deal of money to be made with this pay plan and how high you set your goal is entirely up to you. The Elite Team System is there to help you reach it!

3. Monthly Bonus Pool - 4%

If you can sell 5 FFSI memberships in a month, you get to share in the Bonus Pool. Bonus pool is 4% from all the company profits, divided among those who have recruited 5 or more people. It can be $15 to $100 per share, depending upon how many people are in the pool that month.

If you can sell 10 FFSI memberships in a month, that means you will have 10 shares and will likely get $150 to $1000 from the Bonus pool PLUS 10 x $45.00 for each personal recruit. (Refer back to One-Time commission)

Now, is that cool or what?! When you can, do your best to bring your own 5 in ONE MONTH! This really adds up fast.. :-)

NOTE: The qualifying period is from the 21st of one month to the 20th of the following month.

How Fast To Get 4 Peoples

This is definitely the question I get most often from my TEAM and prospects! :-)

OK! First, lets back up a bit.... Elite Team never promised anyone a "time frame" When one will earn $5,803 per month. That is illegal, and simply hype. I hate hype, and I am sure you do too! :-)

But here I will explain how you can earn $5,803 per month with FFSI... When you join FFSI business with Elite Team, you will be trained from day 1 today 30 (everyday).

In the training, we give everyone a "duty" to concentrate on bringing in their own 4 peoples.

We teach people to be disciplined, how to run the business professionally and how to work as a TEAM.

Only as a Team can we ALL succeed.

That's why everyone has a "duty" to bring in a certain amount of people. AND our Training will teach you how to do that, step by step, starting from day one!

If you have completed that cycle, then you can put another 4 on your first level, and continue to do the same!

Let's see how this realistic plan works...

Suppose everyone in the organization, including YOU, can bring in 4 people within 4 months. Remember, the Elite Team will train you how to bring in ONLY 4 people! If you follow the Elite Team Training correctly, you CAN do it!

Month 1 = You join FFSI and get Training from Elite Team.

Month 4 = 4 downlines on your Level 1 ( your own recruits )

Month 8 = 16 downlines on your Level 2 ( generated from your 4 recruits )

Month 12 = 64 downlines on your Level 3 (generated from your 16 )

Month 16 = 256 downlines on your Level 4 (generated from your 64 )

Here you earn $5,803 per month... not including bonus pool, etc.

I know!! You look at that number of 256 people and it seems HUGE!

But remember, everyone in your downline WILL be trained to be disciplined and shoot for the same goal... to bring their own 4 people!

Now, If YOU can recruit your own 4 people in less than 4 months, and teach your own downline to do the same, it will NOT take 16 months for you to earn $5,803 per month!

So, you have to lead your downline by setting a good example! If you can bring in more people, better yet. You will reach your goal even faster. :-)

In fact, many of Elite Team Members have brought in 2 to 3 people in less than a month after training!

YOU TOO can do it, if you follow the training correctly,you can bring a good number of people every month!!

If you get spillover from your upline, 1 spillover, 10 spillovers... DO NOT think your "duty" is finished.

Remember, everyone MUST do their best to bring their own 4 people.

No hype - No Bull - No Gimmicks!

Is This One of Those Pyramid Things?

One of the most ignorant things a person can do is to cast aspersions on something he knows NOTHING about. This question keeps cropping up so often about Network Marketing or MLM, that when people ask me, my automatic response is, "Exactly what do you mean by pyramid?"

Their response is very vague, "Oh, I don't know, I just heard these things are illegal pyramid schemes."

With no sense of irony, these same people will have at one stage joined a "gifting" program as if it were more legal than a chain letter because there is no letter! Duh! What kind of logic is this?!

We're all guilty of looking for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. The promised riches for no work, seems to cloud the judgment of everybody. People that I know went ahead and participated in a ridiculous scheme even when I protested that it would fail. The logic? I know it will fail but it's like gambling. "If we get in now we have a chance". Good grief!

How did they manage to forget that each later person has less chance. If someone really knows what a pyramid scam is, they won't fall prey to human nature's natural tendency to succumb to greed.

So, is Network Marketing a Pyramid?

On the surface yes, but "Relationship or Network Marketing" and pyramid schemes share only the pyramid structure; however, there is a significant difference that makes a pyramid "structure" a sound business model. In illegal pyramids, income is created ONLY by recruiting others into the pyramid. There is no emphasis on product or services, therefore no value flows within the system - up as in work, or services rendered and down as in payment.

Value must be passed up and down to make it Legal.

To make money in a legitimate company a product or service has to be exchanged. In a typical pyramid scam scheme you in effect purchase a franchise to recruit others into the scheme – and it always fails very quickly. This is totally illegal. In pyramid schemes, those who get in first and who are at the top win while everybody else loses. The hostility toward the concept of a pyramid comes from people who are uninformed in the way the organizational chart is drawn - in a pyramid shape.

Look at the organizational chart of any large business - now, do you know of ANY large business, organization, religion, or government that IS NOT set-up like a pyramid?!

In a legitimate Network Marketing company, distributors are paid on wholesale and retail product or service movement - NOT on recruiting. You are helping the company by word of mouth advertising and helping others create financial freedom without risking your own personal assets.

Look at almost ANY large, well established company, IBM, Sony, Microsoft. Does anybody doubt their legality? Who is at the top of these companies? The president of course. Then he or she appoints a few key people as directors, they in turn appoint managers and at the bottom of this organization is where the LARGEST number of people are by far! This is where the regular employees are -and guess what?

THE PEOPLE AT THE BOTTOM DO MOST OF THE WORK, WHILE THE PEOPLE AT THE TOP GET PAID MILLIONS!

And yet they are still legal - because value passes up the pyramid (the hours that you work and the products you produce etc.) and down the pyramid - you get paid.

Now the difference between a legal and ethical Network Marketing company is that the people at the "bottom" are at the top of their own Pyramid and so can, if they are good at marketing, earn much more than the people at the top. Now isn't that a fairer system?

I bet nobody explained it that way to you before! In Network Marketing, those who do the most work get paid the most! Pretty fair system, don't you think?! :-)

Bottom line is, if you don't sell anything or your recruits don't, you won't get paid.

It's not the shape that makes a company illegal it's the people running it - ask anybody who worked at Enron or WorldCom.

Affiliate Schemes as Pyramids

The biggest affiliate scheme on the Internet is Amazon, which pays only to a single level - yet there are many affiliate systems that pay multilevel and in this way leverage your time and vastly increase your profit.

Forget what you have heard before. This does work. People who say "It doesn't work" really mean "I didn't work". They failed NOT the system.

What happens if you turn up for work tomorrow and decide not to work?! - YOU WON'T GET PAID!

So, the FFSI business is NOT an illegal pyramid scheme, in fact, we have a superior payment system. You can actually earn MORE than your upline members! I personally earn more than my own sponsor/upline member because I recruit more.

If you do better in marketing, you can earn more than anyone in your Team. You can earn more than I do!

Put in the effort with a good Internet Marketing program and you be well rewarded. FFSI IS a good Internet Marketing program. Learn and use The Elite Team Marketing system, execute the FFSI plan properly and you will be well rewarded!

As title stated, this website is basically describing my journey to find and proudly start up my Internet Business.
